ASPCI Animals Savers of Pell City Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization serving St. Clair County, Alabama.

We work with rescue organizations to facilitate adoptions and actively seek to reduce pet overpopulation through our low cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP).

ASPCI operates Resale to the Rescue, a 100% non-profit retail shop benefiting animal welfare. Donations support our discount spay/neuter program.
