We provide customized Puppy & Kitten Wellness Packages to ensure the health and well-being of your young pets. These packages start vaccines at 8 weeks of age and continue in intervals until 16 weeks, including tailored guidance for training and problem-solving health concerns. They do not cover emergency services but focus on preventive care to set your puppy or kitten up for a lifetime of health.

We offer essential Core Vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and parvo vaccines, as recommended for dogs and cats. For cats, rabies and FVRCP (a core vaccine combination for feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) are administered. Vaccination schedules are personalized based on lifestyle risks, including earlier timing for pets under 8 weeks old if needed.

We mandate annual heartworm testing for all dogs and monitor cats annually if they’ve had a prevention break. All dogs and cats receive heartworm prevention year-round, with dogs typically taking oral preventatives and cats using topical treatments. Testing and prevention are critical to avoiding this severe and potentially fatal disease.

We strongly recommend year-round flea and tick prevention for all pets, even indoor-only animals. Fleas and ticks can transmit dangerous diseases (e.g., Lyme, Ehrlichia) and cause allergic dermatitis in pets. Protection also safeguards your family from zoonotic diseases. Our staff consults on the best prevention options for your pet’s lifestyle.

As part of our preventive care, we perform fecal testing (stool analysis) annually for all pets to detect intestinal parasites like roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and tapeworms. These parasites are zoonotic and can pose risks to humans. Testing helps us prescribe targeted parasite deworming for optimal treatment.

We coordinate with Davies Animal Medical Hospital for after-hours urgent care when needed.

We provide essential Medical Grooming services, including medicated baths for skin conditions, anal gland expression, ear cleaning/plucking, and nail trimming/dremeling. These services are integrated into wellness visits or recommended during treatment for dermatologic or mobility issues.

We issue Domestic Travel Certificates for pets traveling within the U.S., ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Our team of three accredited DVMs helps facilitate smooth travel experiences by providing the necessary documentation and guidance for interstate pet transport.
