County of Santa Barbara: Santa Maria Animal Shelter

Santa Barbara County Animal Services is dedicated to the health, safety, and welfare of animals and people in Santa Maria, Lompoc, Solvang, Buellton, Guadalupe, Goleta, The Chumash Tribe of Santa Ynez Valley, and unincorporated parts of Santa Barbara County.

We offer a range of services including animal enforcement, licensing, and sheltering. You can find adoptable dogs, cats, rabbits, and other animals waiting for their forever homes!

The SBC Animal Care Foundation swag shop is available to support our pets! We are also actively seeking individuals to sign up to foster.

Our mission is to ensure the health safety and welfare of the animals and people we serve through proactive intervention, effective enforcement, collaboration, education, and the compassionate care and rehoming of sheltered animals. Contact our Director with any comments, complaints or compliments!
