The Seal Beach Animal Care Center (SBACC) was founded in 1986 by a group of kind citizens dedicated to providing a local no-kill shelter for dogs and cats. SBACC is located in Seal Beach, CA.
We offer comprehensive care including adoption services, fostering programs, and support for both dogs and cats. SBACC has saved over 20,000 animals since its founding.
SBACC operates with the help of over 100 volunteers and 20 staff members and is a California non-profit 501(c)3 Corporation.
