About This Clinic

Welcome to the Siskiyou Spay Neuter Program (SNIP), a non-profit volunteer organization based in Yreka, CA. We were formed in 2002 with the goal of ending dog and cat overpopulation in Siskiyou County.

Snip provides support and need-based financial assistance to pet owners. We also provide emergency rescue for dogs and cats, and a safe haven for pets of domestic violence victims through our partnership with Siskiyou Domestic Violence & Crisis Center.

Our program is completely funded by donations. You can donate via Venmo (@siskiyousnip), PayPal (siskiyousnip@gmail.com) or mail a check to 218 Executive Court, Yreka, CA.

We provide microchipping services for dogs and cats at an affordable cost of $30.00 to help reunite pets with their owners and ensure their safety.

Through our Siskiyou Spay Neuter Incentive Program (SNIP), we offer financial assistance for spay/neuter surgeries to help reduce pet overpopulation in Siskiyou County. Coupons are available for income-qualified pet owners who have scheduled a vet appointment.
