We recommend one annual examination per year for our adult companions and every 6 months for senior or compromised companions. These examinations are essential for your companion and will enable us to diagnose health problems early making treatment more effective less involved and ultimately less costly.

Puppies and kittens need a series of vaccinations starting between 6 – 8 weeks of age. We offer boosters every 3-4 weeks until the vaccination series is completed to ensure your new puppy or kitten is fully protected.

We carry a variety of parasite prevention products at our hospital including prescription and non-prescription products oral and topical application methods and preventatives for internal parasites such as Hookworm Roundworm Tapeworm Coccidia and Giardia.

Sometimes pets develop infections and dental problems that can require a tooth to be extracted. We can perform tooth extractions skillfully and efficiently.

We are experienced in small animal surgery including routine procedures such as spays and neuters. Our surgical suite is equipped with Isofluorane anesthesia pulse oximetry EKG blood pressure monitoring a water circulating heating unit electrocautery and a CO2 laser.

If you feel you have an emergency with your pet please call us immediately. We can help while you make your way to our clinic or there may be times when we advise you to go directly to the 24-hour emergency room if it is in the best interest of your pet.

All animals in our care will get the best possible pain management including pre-operative intra-operative and post-operative selections. The choice of medication will be based on the procedures duration and the doctor’s recommendation.
