We enforce state-mandated vaccination requirements, including Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper (included in DHLPP). Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required for all boarding pets, and we maintain compliance with Connecticut laws through detailed documentation protocols. New clients must also provide their dog's license information.

We support behavioral wellness by partnering with *MWATTS Dog Training*, connecting you with professional trainers for tailored guidance. While we prioritize calming environments (e.g., classical music, individual playtime), we address separation anxiety or stress through one-on-one play buddy programs and structured activities in our climate-controlled enclosures.

We can administer daily oral, topical medications, or injections provided by you at no extra charge. All medications must be labeled with your pet’s name and dosage information. Our staff monitors pets receiving treatment and contacts your veterinarian if any issues arise during their stay.

We provide individual kennel runs for dogs of all sizes, ensuring privacy and comfort. Each private space includes a covered outdoor area and access to fresh air daily in a scenic country setting. Our climate-controlled rooms are cleaned and disinfected every day, featuring thick mats and optional bedding (or you can bring your own, labeled with your pet's name). Classical music plays 24/7 for a calming environment.

Our daycare offers personalized activity packages for socialization and exercise, including potty walks, trail hikes, supervised play, cuddle time, and hydrotherapy splashes (summer-only). Activities are assigned by a Playtime Buddy in a secure fenced yard, with options for high-energy dogs (e.g., fetch, tunnels) or relaxation (Cozy K-9 Playroom with TV/massages). Packages start at $15/day (Deluxe) and include snacks and rest breaks.
