We conduct urinalysis with sediment exams to evaluate kidney function and overall urinary health before treatment, ensuring accurate monitoring of feline hyperthyroidism.

Full-body radiographs (digital X-rays) in two views (ventrodorsal and lateral) are required for all cats within 90 days prior to treatment to assess internal health, including cardiac and organ function.

We monitor blood pressure as part of our diagnostic process to evaluate kidney function and cardiovascular health in hyperthyroid cats before and during treatment.

Our facility provides hospitalization with 24-hour monitoring, including daily radioactive monitoring, food management, and nursing care during the entire treatment stay (typically 4 days).

We prioritize pain management for cats undergoing treatment, ensuring minimal discomfort during the painless I-131 injection process and recovery.
