We offer mobile veterinary care with at-home visits. We are set up every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 40 Berner Ave in Forsyth from 1-3 pm, and rotate Saturday morning clinics.
Services offered include vaccines, deworming, microchipping, parasite testing, prescription medications, and wellness exams with diagnostic bloodwork panels.
Dr. Kevin D. Smith, owner, has been practicing veterinary medicine for 36 years and is excited to fill the void of mobile veterinary care in the area.
