PetVet Vaccination Clinic

We provide Puppy & Kitten Wellness Packages that bundle core vaccines, intestinal parasite screenings, deworming, rabies testing, and retroviral screening for kittens (FeLV/FIV). Schedules follow AAP guidelines with visits at 8, 12, and 16 weeks, including education on environmental safety and parasite prevention.

We provide essential vaccinations such as IMRAB® Rabies and 5-in-1 core vaccines for dogs, as well as PureVax® vaccines for cats (including Rabies and optional Leukemia). These are cornerstones of preventive healthcare to protect against fatal diseases like Rabies (required by law) and infectious viral conditions like Distemper and Parvo for dogs.

We perform Heartworm/Tick-Borne Disease Testing as a standard bloodwork component in our wellness packages for dogs. While prevention medications (e.g., monthly heartworm tablets) are referenced in policy discussions, we explicitly offer in-house/outsource testing for early detection—a critical step before treatment.

We administer Microchipping & Registration for dogs as standard and highly recommend it for cats (including kittens). Our microchips provide permanent, surgically-free identification, and all pets are registered with a national database for lifetime protection against loss.

We provide Intestinal Parasite Deworming as part of our bundled packages, treating roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms in puppies/kittens (starting at 2+ weeks) and adult pets. Kittens receive repeat treatments until heartworm prevention stabilizes, while adult dogs and cats undergo yearly or targeted fecal-based screenings.

Our Intestinal Parasite Screening involves fecal testing for giardia, coccidia, whipworms, and other parasites, with microscopic analysis conducted in-house. This testing is included in wellness packages and prior to surgeries/boardings for safety—we emphasize its importance for routine health management.

While the focus of PetVet Vaccination Clinics is on routine preventive care, we have protocols in place for emergency stabilization prior to relocation to full-service hospitals, including early countermeasures against venomous snake bites (e.g., antivenom support). However, Poison & Toxin Treatment is generally handled through external partner facilities.

We recommend Sanitary Shaves for skin health or wound cleanliness, though these are often handled pre- or postoperatively by external clinics per our policy.

We provide Nail Trimming & Dremeling for dogs/cats as an essential hygiene service (e.g., to prevent ingrown nails during deworming/rabies prechecks). Sessions include safe trimming and filing with proof of rabies vaccination required prior to service.
