Cat Friends

Cat Friends is a non-profit organization providing spay/neuter services to community cats in Honolulu, HI. We've fixed over 6,000 cats since 2019.

Our primary focus is on offering free spay and neuter surgeries for free-roaming feral cats. We do not provide services to pet cats or kittens seeking fosters; please contact your local veterinarian in those cases.

Cat Friends offers a Trap Loan Program to assist caretakers with safely capturing cats for surgery. Our volunteers can show you how to prep, set and bait the trap if needed.
