St Clair County Animal Services

St. Clair County Animal Services oversees Animal Control and the Dr. Tom Amlung Pet Adoption Center in Belleville, IL. We are dedicated to serving the community.

Animal Control is responsible for enforcing Illinois State Statutes and St. Clair County Ordinances pertaining to dogs and cats, investigating bite incidents, and addressing complaints of inhumane treatment. Key services include animal impoundment and feline and canine adoption.

All pets at the Dr. Tom Amlung Adoption Center are rabies vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped prior to adoption.
