Chicago Animal Care and Control is a municipal government agency located in Chicago, IL, committed to protecting public safety and ensuring the humane care of animals.

CACC is open from 12 PM to 7PM daily for viewing lost and adoptable pets. Animal intake is accepted from 3 PM to 7 PM daily at our facility.
