Welcome to Michiana’s first and only low-cost spay/neuter clinic. Pet Refuge ABC Clinic has promoted spay/neuter for over 30 years in South Bend, IN.

We specialize in spay and neuter surgeries performed by licensed Doctors of Veterinary Medicine. We also offer vaccine appointments by appointment only.

The ABC Clinic is excited to give back to our community by offering low-cost services to pet guardians, rescue groups, and the general public.
