It Takes A Village Animal Rescue & Resources is a 501C3 animal welfare organization serving Muscatine, IA. We are committed to creating a future where no animal suffers from cruelty, neglect, or homelessness.

We offer comprehensive services including adoptions, a Spay & Neuter Clinic, transport partnerships, and programs addressing pet overpopulation. Our Village Transport Partners program finds loving homes for animals in need.

It Takes A Village is proud to partner with the City of Muscatine, pioneering humane animal control practices like Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
