We provide thorough oral exams at every checkup as part of a complete wellness plan and work with you to determine the best dental care program for your animal.

We provide senior health exams to catch and delay the onset of disease and offer laboratory testing every 6 months for healthy dogs and cats. We also help you assess quality of life and make informed decisions about your pet’s care.

We generally recommend core equine vaccines including Tetanus, Eastern/western equine encephalomyelitis, West Nile virus and Rabies. We also offer additional vaccinations depending on your animal’s origin, travel requirements, and lifestyle.

We offer canine heartworm disease prevention and treatment when diagnosed early. We also recommend feline heartworm prevention for your cat as there are no drugs to fight heartworms in cats.

We recommend de-worming puppies and kittens at 2–3 weeks of age and then every 3 weeks prior to the first veterinary checkup. We also ask that you have any new pet analyzed for parasites and de-worm regularly.

We perform diagnostic tests including blood tests and X-rays during regular wellness exams. Initial laboratory tests help determine your pet’s baseline values.

During the senior years we recommend a urinalysis to detect the presence of specific substances that normally do not appear in urine.

We offer parasite evaluation through microscopic examination of your pet’s feces revealing clues to difficulties with digestion internal bleeding and disorders of the pancreas and confirms the presence of intestinal parasites such as roundworm hookworm whipworm tapeworm and giardia.

We are open on Saturdays from 8am–9am for boarding drop-off/pickup and discharges only.
