We specialize in geriatric care, including senior blood and urine testing (biannual or as needed), blood pressure monitoring, and thyroid hormone level assessments. Early detection of chronic conditions like kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension ensures proactive management and improved quality of life.

We offer Rabies (required by Maryland law) and FVRCP (a core vaccine for Distemper, Herpesvirus-1, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia) following the American Association of Feline Practitioners' guidelines. Vaccination protocols are individualized based on lifestyle risk assessments.

Heartworm prevention is included in our deworming protocols with Revolution Plus or Bravecto Plus, ensuring comprehensive protection for all cats. While heartworm is less common in cats, we prioritize preventive care.

As part of our preventive care, we provide guidance on flea and tick prevention using Revolution Plus or Bravecto Plus, recommended for ALL cats to safeguard against these external parasites.

We offer routine deworming for kittens and adults using protocols for common intestinal parasites (roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms). Annual fecal testing is performed for all cats, and Revolution Plus/Bravecto Plus is recommended for monthly deworming and additional parasite protection.

We conduct full blood and urine testing for senior cats and those with chronic conditions, including CBC, chemistry panels, and thyroid hormone level checks. This supports early detection and management of diseases like diabetes, kidney, and liver disorders.

We perform full-mouth digital dental X-rays for all cats undergoing dental procedures. These radiographs allow us to diagnose hidden dental issues like resorptive lesions, internal tooth fractures, and bone loss.

We perform tooth extractions for fractured teeth, resorptive lesions, or advanced dental disease. Post-extraction care includes pain management, antibiotics, and therapeutic laser treatment to support healing and reduce inflammation.
