Frederick County Humane Society

The Frederick County Humane Society is dedicated to helping people and their pets in Frederick, MD. We are not a shelter and do not handle adoptions.

FCHS works directly with residents of Frederick County to provide needed assistance for pet care. Our focus is on keeping pets healthy and happy within their existing homes.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. Contributions to The Frederick County Humane Society are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
