The Humane Society of Carroll County is dedicated to animal welfare in Westminster, MD. We strive to provide a safe haven and loving care for pets awaiting their forever homes.

We offer a range of services including spay/neuter programs, vaccinations, dog training, and assistance with lost & found animals. Our goal is to support the community and ensure the well-being of all animals.

The Humane Society of Carroll County relies on dedicated volunteers and fosters to save over 500 pets each year. Without fostering there can be no rescue!
