The MD SPCA Spay & Neuter Clinic is located at Falls Road in Baltimore, MD. We offer affordable spay/neuter services to the general public.

We provide a range of key services including feline and canine spay/neuter surgery, rabies and distemper vaccinations, microchipping, and heartworm/FeLV/FIV testing.

A unique aspect of our clinic is that we offer spay/neuter surgeries at minimal cost thanks to grant funding. We also provide services for low-income Baltimore City residents.

We provide spay and neuter surgeries for cats and dogs, including pre‑surgical exams, the surgical procedure, and post‑operative care. Our clinic performs these surgeries on eligible pets, with fees starting at $75 for feline and $150 for canine packages, and we also offer low‑income programs that can waive costs for qualified Baltimore City residents.
