The University of Massachusetts Amherst offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Technology. The program is located at the UMass Amherst-Mt. Ida campus in Newton, Massachusetts.

The BS-Vet Tech program is fully accredited with the AVMA and includes state-of-the-art classrooms, laboratories, and farms. Students will be prepared for a career as a veterinary technologist in veterinary medicine or biomedical research.

Graduates benefit from a 75% three-year VTNE pass percentage. The program emphasizes practical skills and prepares students for immediate entry into the field.
