Crossroads Veterinary Hospice is a mobile veterinary practice exclusively providing compassionate at-home hospice/palliative and end-of-life care for canine and feline patients in Farmington Hills, MI.

Our hospice nurse assesses comfort, pain management, and overall well-being while discussing options like palliative care or humane euthanasia. This consultation is designed to honor the bond between you and your pet during difficult times.

At-Home Euthanasia Referrals

Available

We facilitate in-home euthanasia with our mobile services, allowing you to say goodbye in a familiar environment. Our team provides gentle care, pain management, and emotional support tailored to your pet’s needs. Optional memorials like paw prints are included for added comfort during this final moment.

We provide virtual visits (e.g., *Honoring the Bond Conversation*) to assess quality of life, discuss palliative/hospice care, or monitor ongoing treatment. These 60-minute sessions include personalized plans and follow-up support for pets in their final stages.
