During each physical exam we do a full oral exam on each patient to determine the state of their oral health and to check for any abnormalities on the teeth or gums.

We will thoroughly examine your puppy or kitten from nose to tail and offer some helpful suggestions on how to raise a happy and healthy pet. You will also be able to ask questions to Dr. Katz and our very knowledgeable technicians and assistants.

We administer core vaccines such as Rabies and DHPP to dogs and FVRCP to kittens to help prevent against dangerous viral diseases. We also offer titer testing to ensure adequate levels of immunity.

We test stool samples for intestinal parasites and giardia annually to make certain your pet has not come in contact with any parasites. Many parasites can be transmitted to other family pets or even human family members.

Our team can help you discuss issues surrounding euthanasia including but not limited ” how to help more vulnerable family members come to terms with the decision and how to address any discomfort your pet may have.

We can guide you through personal decisions about whether to be present whether to bring children and how to comfort your surviving pets after a loss.
