We provide heartworm testing as an add-on service for pets undergoing spay/neuter surgery. This ensures your pet's cardiovascular health is safeguarded prior to procedures requiring anesthesia. Heartworm preventative medications are also available for a 1-month or 3-month supply to protect your pet year-round.

We offer flea and tick prevention products as optional add-on services for pets scheduled for spay/neuter, available in both 1-month or 3-month supplies. These products help safeguard your pet from parasites and associated health risks during and after recovery.

We provide microchipping and lifetime registration as an optional service for all pets seeking spay/neuter surgery. This rice-sized implant increases the likelihood of reuniting lost pets with their owners by storing a unique identification code under the skin. Registration ensures your contact details are always up-to-date.

We treat intestinal parasites (such as hooks and rounds) as an add-on service for pets during their spay/neuter visit. Deworming helps eliminate parasites, ensuring optimal health and healing during recovery.

Spay & neuter surgeries are our core services, performed by experienced veterinarians using fast-acting anesthesia and absorbable sutures (except for male cats). All surgeries include a pre-surgical exam, pain management for dogs (and cats during recovery), and a commitment to individualized care for a safe, efficient procedure. Post-operative instructions are provided to support healing.

Pets undergoing spay/neuter receive 24-hour care and monitoring during their hospital stay, including oxygen therapy (if needed) and IV fluid therapy when necessary to stabilize or support their recovery. Our team ensures a safe, comfortable experience for all patients.

Pain management is a key aspect of our spay/neuter services. All dogs receive pain relief from arrival through 3 days post-surgery at no additional cost. Cats receive in-clinic pain medication, and we strongly recommend purchasing at-home options (not included) to ensure comfort during recovery—particularly as feral cats cannot ingest oral medications.

Nail trims are offered as a complementary grooming service for pets undergoing spay/neuter at our clinic. Keeping nails trimmed promotes comfort and prevents injury during and after the procedure.

Quality of life consultations are offered to guide challenging end-of-life decisions. Our doctors assess your pet’s pain, mobility, appetite, and happiness to determine when euthanasia may be the kindest option. These sessions (20–60 minutes) provide clarity and compassion for pet owners navigating difficult choices.
