The SPCA Serving Allegany County is a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of companion animals in Belmont, NY. We strive to meet the needs of abandoned, neglected, and abused animals throughout the county.

We offer vital services including animal rescue, adoption programs, and community outreach. Our focus includes providing basic care for shelter animals as well as supporting our low-cost spay/neuter clinic.

The SPCA has spayed & neutered over 8500 animals in the last 5 years! We are proud to offer TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) services for community cats, helping to control the feral cat population.

Donations are critical to our mission. You can support us through cash, check, credit card, or PayPal. Visit our website or contact us today to learn how you can help make a difference in the lives of animals!
