Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries

Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in Tioga, PA. We are dedicated to providing care and finding loving homes for animals in need.

We facilitate adoptions of cats and dogs. See our adoptable pets and fill out an application! We also accept donations of much-appreciated funds or items from our wish list.

Volunteer your time at the shelter, events, or as a foster to get involved in helping animals!

We are open 12-4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday and closed Monday and Wednesday. Thank you for supporting our mission.
