We provide affordable microchipping services to help reunite lost pets with their families. Microchips are registered in national databases (e.g., Found Animals Home Again) and updated during adoptions or rehoming processes.

We provide free behavioral counseling through our Behavior and Enrichment Helpline to address common issues like separation anxiety, destructive behaviors (chewing/digging/scratching), fear, aggression, litterbox problems, and more. Our certified experts offer tailored advice via phone or email within 48 hours. For dogs requiring hands-on training, we also offer sliding-scale group and private classes taught by CPDT-KA-certified trainers.

Our low-cost spay/neuter program starts at 3 months old for cats and dogs. These surgeries reduce overpopulation, prevent health issues (e.g., cancers), and are often required for housing or adoption. Income-based subsidies may apply.

Our veterinary and behavior teams conduct quality of life assessments for pets with chronic illnesses or advanced age to guide owners in making compassionate decisions about their care, including euthanasia referrals when appropriate.
