This is required for all animals over 9 years old undergoing anesthesia to assess pre-operative health. Same-day results allow Dr. Lortz to address any concerns before proceeding with surgery.

We provide ultrasound imaging services as part of our diagnostic capabilities in our mobile clinic. This technology enables detailed internal examinations, aiding in early disease detection and treatment planning.

We perform dental extractions as needed during professional cleanings or for pets with advanced oral disease. Our mobile clinic ensures precise oral procedures while focusing on minimizing discomfort with appropriate anesthesia and pain management.

Our clinic provides oral surgeries, such as tooth extractions and certain minor oral procedures, whenever required. Complex cases may be referred for further specialized care.

During Comprehensive Physical Exams and Professional Dental Cleanings, we assess pets for periodontal disease and provide targeted treatment to reverse early signs of gum infection and tooth damage.

We specialize in spay and neuter surgeries as part of our elective procedures, performed exclusively on Tuesdays in Bushwick. These surgeries are recommended to prevent serious reproductive diseases, reduce behavioral issues like aggression or roaming, and improve overall pet health. Bloodwork is required for pets aged 9+ before anesthesia.

Our team is equipped to handle Foreign Body Removal procedures to safely eliminate ingested or embedded objects that are damaging to pets. Surgical and non-surgical methods are used based on risk and severity.

As part of our medical grooming services, we provide nail trimming and dremeling to maintain paws in a healthy condition. This is especially important for pets with thick, overgrown nails or those prone to discomfort.

As part of our medical grooming and wellness services, we offer Anal Gland Expression to treat pets experiencing discomfort or impaction. Routine or one-time procedures are performed to alleviate pain and improve pelvic health.
