Oswego County Humane Society

The Oswego County Humane Society is an animal welfare organization providing programs and services to people and their pets in Oswego, NY.

We currently offer a Spay & Neuter Program, Pet Food Pantry, adoption services, and re-homing assistance. While we are temporarily pausing new client intake for the spay/neuter clinic waitlist, we continue to serve our community in many ways.

OCHS is undergoing building renovations funded by a New York State grant to expand on-site animal housing and improve facilities.
