The CNY SPCA OFFICE is a trusted partner in the Syracuse, NY community, providing a safe haven for animals since its founding over 130 years ago.

We offer comprehensive services including adoption, foster care, and a dedicated spay/neuter clinic. We also provide law enforcement support and dog control services.

The CNY SPCA is currently launching a Capital Campaign to build a new modern shelter—a space where every animal gets the safe comfortable and loving environment they deserve while they await their forever homes.
