Craven Pamlico Animal Services Center

The Craven Pamlico Animal Services Center (CPASC) pet adoption program connects animals with loving homes in New Bern, NC. We offer a variety of adoptable pets including dogs, cats, and small animals.

Adoption fees are $125 for dogs/puppies and $80 for cats/kittens. All fees must be paid in cash or by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. A Convenience Fee applies to all debit or credit card transactions.

CPASC is dedicated to providing a safe and caring environment for animals awaiting adoption. We strive to match each pet with the perfect family.
