Harbor Cat Rescue

Harbor Cat Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization located in Ashtabula, Ohio dedicated to rescuing stray, injured, sick, abused, and abandoned cats.

We provide care for rescued cats including treatment of physical issues, spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and flea/worm medications. Our primary goal is to restore these cats to good health and find them permanent homes.

Harbor Cat Rescue is a No Kill organization committed to giving every cat sanctuary until they are adopted.
