The Athens County Dog Shelter is dedicated to providing shelter and affection to abandoned, surrendered, or stray dogs in Athens County, OH.

We offer a range of services including dog adoption information, county dog licensing, and opportunities for volunteering. Our goal is to find suitable homes for all our animals.

Donations are always welcomed at the Athens County Dog Shelter! Monetary donations are preferred but we also accept cleaning supplies and pet supplies.
