Ohio Alleycat Resource (OAR) is a dedicated clinic located in Cincinnati, OH, consisting of a low-cost high-volume Spay/Neuter Clinic and The Joanie Bernard Home for Cats adoption center.

We offer comprehensive spay and neuter services to help control the cat population. We also facilitate adoptions through our home for cats.
