The Brown County Humane Society is a small county shelter with a big country heart located in Georgetown, OH. Founded in 1976, we are proud to have achieved no-kill status.

We offer adoption services for dogs, cats and barnyard animals. Our goal is to save lives and match you with the love of your life!

The BCHS Volunteer Program offers a wide variety of opportunities for animal lovers to use their unique talents and skills to help the animals of Brown County. Sign up today!
