Highland Humane Society is a private non-profit animal shelter serving Highland County since its founding. We are committed to finding the perfect match for every dog and cat.

We offer a variety of programs and services including adoption, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, vaccinations & microchips, and a pet food pantry to support pets and their owners in Highland County.

Highland Humane Society adheres to rigid rehoming criteria because we believe every animal deserves a loving home. We are dedicated to improving the lives of animals through community outreach.
