City of Norman Animal Welfare is dedicated to promoting and protecting the health, safety, and welfare of pets in Norman, OK. We strive to encourage responsible pet ownership through education, enforcement, and community partnership.

Our state-of-the-art veterinary clinic provides a variety of services including spay & neuter surgeries, vaccinations, and treatments for nearly animals adopted annually. We offer adoption services with all animals being spayed or neutered prior to placement.

Norman Animal Welfare is committed to providing an excellent level of animal care thanks to strong community engagement and key partnerships. We achieve a 90+% live release rate through the dedication of volunteers and leaders.
