The Humane Society Of Eastern Oregon\Pet Rescue is an open-door, non-profit animal shelter and adoption facility serving the Umatilla and Morrow County area. We are a municipal animal shelter for the city of Hermiston.

We offer services to help place dogs and cats in loving homes, including vaccinations and assistance with spay/neuter procedures. Our adoption process focuses on finding good matches between pets and adopters.

Our organization is committed to the welfare of animals beyond the adoption process, offering a 3-day return policy and free vet examinations with every adoption.
