About This Clinic

The Siletz Community Health Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to CTSI tribal, other Federally Recognized tribal, and community members in Siletz, OR.

We offer a wide range of medical services including Diabetes and MAT programs, as well as dental, optometry, and behavioral health care. The clinic also provides Pharmacy services.

SCHC is Fear-Free Certified, ensuring a comfortable experience for your pets during their visit.
