Tri-County Animal Rescue Center is a dedicated animal rescue center located in Shippenville, PA. We are committed to rescuing needy cats and dogs.

We provide quality care for approximately 20 felines and 10 canines, focusing on finding them loving forever homes. Our services include adoption programs and access to low-cost spay/neuter clinics.

As a NO-KILL facility, we prioritize the well-being of every animal in our care. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Since December , we have facilitated adoptions and continue to work towards preventing cruelty and reducing pet overpopulation. Consider supporting our mission!
