St. Cats & Dogs Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-volunteer group located in Scranton, Pennsylvania, established to help control and assist the area street cat population.
We strive to reduce the population and improve the lives of feline friends through TNR programs and adoption of friendly cats. We offer opportunities for adoption, including cats with special needs.
