The Lycoming County SPCA is the region’s only full-service animal shelter accepting and adopting all types of domestic animals in Williamsport, PA.

We offer a range of services including spay & neuter clinics, adoption programs, lost and found assistance, and investigation of animal abuse.

The Lycoming County SPCA is a privately run organization that has been connecting best friends for over 130 years!

Our mission is to protect domestic animals by providing shelter, emergency treatment, adoption services, and education programs throughout Lycoming County.
