PAAWS RI is an approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2011 by Dr. Annette Rauch, serving the most vulnerable cat populations in Southern New England.

Our mission centers around preventing cat homelessness through essential medical care provided via our feline mobile spay & neuter clinic. We offer services like wellness exams and feline surgery.

PAAWS RI is unique because we are now operating a mobile veterinary clinic, allowing us to reach communities in need across Southern New England!
