We perform comprehensive physical exams on all of our patients to ensure they are healthy and happy. We listen to their heart and lungs feel their abdomen and lymph nodes and assess for any musculoskeletal issues.

We offer wellness packages specifically designed for puppies and kittens who grow rapidly and need frequent checkups every 3-4 weeks until around 4 months of age. This allows us to monitor their development address health concerns, and help them get off on the right foot!

We recommend that all dogs and cats whether living indoors or outdoors be on year-round flea tick and intestinal parasite prevention. Even indoor pets are exposed to mosquitos which transmit heartworm disease.

We believe good nutrition is one of the three major factors in keeping dogs and cats healthy. We can provide nutritional counseling to help you keep your pet at a healthy weight.

We recommend yearly fecal screening to assess for intestinal parasites and offer parasite deworming as needed.

We have a fully equipped laboratory on-site which allows us to perform complete blood counts (CBCs) chemistries to check organ function and urinalysis quickly and accurately.

We offer urinalysis as part of our in-house lab work or as a standalone test to check for urinary tract infections kidney disease and other problems.

We recommend yearly fecal screening to assess for intestinal parasites.

We use digital X-ray technology which provides us with high-quality images that help us to make accurate diagnoses. We also rely on AI technology for a second look.

We offer ultrasound imaging as a non-invasive technique to diagnose conditions like heart disease kidney disease and tumors. We partner with a local board-certified radiologist for more extensive ultrasounds if warranted.

We perform dental x-rays which are essential for evaluating the health of your pet's oral cavity detecting problems below the gumline such as periodontal disease feline resorptive lesions tooth root abscesses tumors and more.

If oral surgery is needed to extract teeth we will discuss this with you. Some extractions can be done the same day and some need to be scheduled as a second procedure depending on how the patient is doing under anesthesia.
