North Strand ER, a Grand Strand Health facility, is a 24/7 emergency room serving residents and visitors of the North Myrtle Beach area.

We are prepared to address all types of medical emergencies with board-certified emergency physicians and highly trained clinical personnel. Services include treatment for broken bones, chest pain, difficulty breathing, and more.

If you require more intense or long-term care, we can quickly transfer you to the ER at our primary campus, Grand Strand Medical Center.
