Cheyenne River Health Center

Cheyenne River Health Center is a modern, technologically advanced healthcare facility located in Eagle Butte, SD. We provide an expanded level of health care services specifically designed to meet the needs of the Cheyenne River Service Unit population.

Our facility offers a wide range of services including acute and inpatient care, emergency room services, outpatient departments, dental care, and community health programs. We also have several tribally operated 638 programs incorporated into our new building.

The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe operates four satellite health stations offering basic ambulatory services at Cherry Creek, Red Scaffold, Swiftbird, and Whitehorse through a 638 contract with IHS.
