Sanford Vermillion Clinic is a medical clinic located in Vermillion, South Dakota. We’re proud to be the University of South Dakota student health services partner.

Our physicians and providers offer a variety of health care services including wellness visits for both kids and adults, chronic condition management, and preventive health screenings including 3D mammography.

We provide walk-in urgent care with no appointment needed. You’ll be seen on a first-come first-served basis unless another patient arrives with a more severe condition that requires immediate attention.
