Kindness Counts Spay Neuter Clinic is a true low-cost spay, neuter, and vaccination service provider for cats, dogs, and other small pets throughout Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains area.

We offer spaying, neutering, vaccination services, cat counseling, pet pick-up/delivery, and trap loaner programs to support animal welfare in our community.

Kindness Counts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all-volunteer organization operating since 2003. We have spayed and neutered over 4,100 cats and 300 dogs!
