South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Lubbock, Texas, committed to wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education.

Founded in by Carol Lee, SPWRC provides expert compassionate care to orphaned, injured, ill, and displaced wildlife with the goal of returning them to their natural habitats. They also focus on inspiring appreciation for conservation through educational programs.

SPWRC is a licensed wildlife hospital authorized by Texas Parks & Wildlife, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and the USDA. They rely entirely on community generosity.

The center is open to the public twice yearly for Open House events (first Saturday of May and December). For field trip or education room rentals, please email spwrc.outreach@gmail.com
