Weatherford Animal Shelter

We provide microchipping services for pets at an affordable price of $20 per animal. Our quick and easy microchipping process helps ensure your pet can be identified and returned to you if lost. We also assist with registration to keep your contact information up to date in the microchip database.

Our medical center is equipped with radiology tools, including digital X-rays, to diagnose and monitor conditions requiring imaging. This technology supports our surgical and emergency stabilization efforts.

We offer spay and neuter surgeries as part of our Whisker Wednesday's program and other initiatives to promote pet health and population control. Our state-of-the-art Rees-Jones Medical and Surgical Center is equipped with two surgical suites and radiology equipment to ensure safe and effective procedures.

We provide emergency stabilization for injured or sick animals, including cases like Norman’s, who required surgery for broken hips, legs, and fractures. Our team works to give pets a second chance at life through immediate and intensive care.

Our facility includes hospitalization services with 24-hour monitoring for pets requiring ongoing medical care. This ensures continuous support and treatment for animals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
